No Refunds / No Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Quartz Control LLC. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Damage during use

  • Dislike of flavor, size, color, or design

  • Shipping delays once the order has left our facility

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We will assess claims on a case-by-case basis, and replacement (if applicable) is at our sole discretion. No refunds will be issued.

We do not accept returns of used or opened products.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are of legal age to buy tobacco and/or smoking-related products in your jurisdiction. We do not issue refunds if you fail age verification.

FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS

To protect against fraud and ensure the security of all transactions:

  • All orders are verified using secure payment processing.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with supporting evidence, including but not limited to, order details, tracking information, and customer communication.

  • Abuse of the chargeback process may result in being permanently banned from our store and reported to card networks and fraud monitoring systems.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Once your order has been shipped and tracking is provided, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping provider

  • Incorrect address entry by the customer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
